Movember for Maui Memorial

Our staff and friends will be growing mustaches the month of “Movember” to raise awareness for men’s health—and to have a little fun, watching the guys tame their tresses. Donate here!

Did you know heart disease is the leading cause of death for men in the US? Donations made will go to Maui Memorial Medical Center Foundation for their Heart & Vascular Program.  http://mauihospitalfoundation.org

We will be posting progress of our staff from Day 1 to the end of the month. Please support them and this organization, and spread the word!

More about Maui Memorial Center Foundation:

When the late Richard North, a Kihei resident, passed away in 1995, he was so moved by the care he received at Maui Memorial Medical Center he bequeathed a sizable portion of his estate to benefit the hospital. This generous gift planted the seed that created the Maui Memorial Medical Center Foundation, a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting MMMC in its mission, development, and provision of medical care. Maui Memorial is the only full-service, acute care hospital in Maui County.

Thanks to generous donors, an active Board, staff and volunteers, your Foundation continues to support:

  • State-of-the-art life saving medical equipment purchases
  • Capital building and expansion projects
  • Financial assistance for MMMC’s clinical staff education
  • Patient care programs
  • Community outreach and health preventative programs
  • Cancer prevention programs
